I won a contest with my game!

Last Friday, I entered the JSU Student Symposium, a contest at my college, with Chicken Box, the app I’ve been developing since Spring Break of last year.

I won Best in Showcase along with a cash prize!!!

I cried so hard. I don’t think I’ve been that happy in a long time. As you can see in the picture, a lot of my friends and some professors were there to support me. It meant so much!

Making Chicken Box has taken a year, but acquiring the knowledge to create it has taken a lifetime. Having my work recognized means more to me than I can say.
